I tried to search this but didn't quite find what I was looking for.
Exactly where does one go to find these things and what beast typically drops them?
On a related note, I havn't had a good weapon drop in a looooong time. Anyone else having issue or am I jinxed lately?

Chaos Axes are dropped in the FoW.
